THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT OUR RENTAL PROGRAM

TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION THE SECURITY DEPOSIT OF $500.00 ON

 TRAVEL TRAILERS AND FOLD DOWNS AND/OR $500.00 ON MOTOR HOMES IS

DUE.  THE RESERVATION BALANCE IS DUE 30 DAYS

BEFORE DEPARTURE.

A customer supplied 2" ball is required on all fold down rentals

Proper hitching is included with all travel trailer rentals

A brake control is required in your tow vehicle for all travel trailer rentals

Portable generators are available for a fee

Mileage is not included in the reservation rates listed. Motor homes do incur a $.31 per mile charge

Insurance is included for all fold down and travel trailer rentals. However, liability while towing is not. Check with your automobile insurance carrier and verify that liability extends from the towing vehicle to the rental vehicle while it is being towed.

Insurance for motor homes and be done either of two ways: any driver can check with their automobile insurance carrier and see if they will extend coverage. If not, we have insurance you can purchase for $22.00 per day.

Motor homes are equipped with generators that can be used for a fee. You can prepay $125.00 for unlimited use or, upon return, pay $4.00 per hour. Paying by the hour will be deducted off of the security deposit.

RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ALL RENTERS MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE

During peak season (5/23/12-9/5/12) we have a 7 night minimum

During off peak season (9/5/11-5/22/12) we have a 3 night minimum

Limited availability on 3 night packages during peak season (5/23/12-9/5/12)

Rentals with canvas material are discontinued after the first snowfall of the season until the following spring-some exceptions may apply, please inquire with a rental agent

Pick up time is between 1pm-4pm unless other arrangments are made

Return time is by 10am on scheduled return day to avoid late fees of $50.00 per hour. Remember, other people are waiting for the rental unit. It may be permissable to extend your rental period if your rental unit is not scheduled to another guest.

Pets/smoking is PROHIBITED in all rentals or the security deposit will be forfeited. This is to protect past and future renters of their sensitivites.

Awning usage is PROHIBITED on all rentals

Towing is PROHIBITED on all motor homes rentals

The renter is responsible for bringing the vehicle back in the same condition as it left. Failure to do this will result in a cleaning fee based the condition it returns in. Damages, misuse, or neglect will be charged accordingly and deducted off of the security deposit.

Gasoline and propane tanks are released full and need to be returned full. If not, there is a $25.00 service fee plus the cost of propane and/or gasoline at $5.00 per gallon.

Holding tanks need to be emptied upon return of the rental. If not, there will be a $47.50 fee assessed. We do have a dump station on site for your use.

As of October 15 all of the rentals will be winterized. The water system will NOT be usable. In the event the rental is returned with water in the system there will be a re-winterizing fee assessed and deducted from the security deposit.

If a breakdown occurs and repairs are needed we authorize up to $100.00 for repairs. If the repairs exceed $100.00 prior authorization will be required. We ask that you save all parts and receipts for any and all repairs. Refunds will not be made with out parts and receipts.

If involved in an accident you must notify your rental dealer within 24 hours. A full written police report must be submitted to our management upon return of your rental.

Proper identification and a valid driver's license must be presented when reserving and picking up the rental. All information will be verified.

Complete operating instructions will be given at the time of pick up. It will take approximately 45 minutes to an hour.

We reserve the right to refuse any applicant

Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. Any changes will be disclosed at the time of rental signing.
